In today’s session of I Make I tried something different.
I took some plain smokies sliced them on a diagonal and placed them in turmeric garlic and caraway seeds olive oil. I let the smokies render and cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Finished them with a pinch of cracked black pepper and a spritz of lemon
